Delivery Information

DELIVERY TIME

The order will be sent from us within 2 - 5 business days. The delivery time may change if the product is out of stock. You can always choose to cancel your purchase if this happens. If so, please contact our Customer Services.

CONFIRMATION

We will send you your confirmation via e-mail when we have received your order. Make sure to save the order confirmation in case you would need it when talking to Customer Service.

Please notice that we charge 350 SEK if an order doesn’t get picked up.

Also notice that we can not deliver to post boxes. Your adress have to be a physical address.

Return Policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer any exchanges. If you like to change your product: place a new order online, and return the product that you no longer want. We do not offer free returns. Returns within Sweden will cost approximately 69 SEK. You will be provided with a return label which you attach to your package if you’d like to return something. We will then deduct the costs of the shipment from your refund. The pre paid return label must be used when returning an order. If you return your order in other way, we won't be able to receive your return. Please return your product in the same way as it was sent to you. This means you have to send it back to us in the original, transparent plastic bag. Your return will not be accepted if you send it back without the original packing. You can return a product within 14 days after you received your package. You are the one who is responsible for making sure that the product is returned in good condition. It is important that the item is in original condition; unused and unwashed with all tags and labels attached. Once we have received and accepted your returned product we will make a refund of the returned product’s value. You will receive an e-mail when the return is completed. It can take up to 14-30 days to process the refund to your account. We will accept the return at our discretion if you choose not to follow this return policy.

Please notice: You can not return or exchange a gift card.

Return your product

Please fill in the return form carefully. If you live outside Sweden, you also have to use the return proforma. Use the pre-paid return label, attach it on the package and drop the package at the same place where you collected it. If you fetched your package at a Schenker Service Point, you have to return it to a Schenker Service Point. If your package was delivered by UPS, you have to contact UPS to send your package back to us. The return process with UPS is different for every country. Please contact your local UPS office if you have any further questions how to return your package or visit www.ups.com.

Please notice: We will not accept returns that are sent to us by any other way than stated above.

International Customers

For customer outside the European Union, VAT/sales tax and custom fees are not included in the prices. VAT/sales tax and custom fees are instead charged by customs agencies when your package reaches your country of residence.

We don't offer free delivery.

How do I know which size I should choose?

We would recommend for you to choose a smaller size than usual if you’re shopping from the collection Big City Love and onwards. We have a size chart, which you can see here.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do!

Can I exchange items? 

Unfortunately, you cannot exchange items. If you want to switch your product for another one, you’ll need to place a new order with the product that you like to change to, and return the product that you no longer want.

Can I return items? 

Yes. From the day that you get your package, you have 14 days to return any products. We do not offer free returns. Returns within Sweden will cost approximately 69 SEK.

Can I return items I bought on sale? 

Yes. From the day that you get your package, you’ll have 14 days to return any sale items. We do not offer free returns.

I want to return my order, but I didn’t receive a return form. What do I do?

You can download the return-form here.

I received the wrong item/size. What do I do?

You will need to send the order back to us, and we will make sure that you get the correct order back. When will I get my order?

You should receive your Daisy Grace package within 3 - 10 working days after you submit your order.

I have returned my order. When will I get my money back?

It can take up to 14 days before Klarna processes the return. You will get a notification from Klarna when your order and payment is processed. If you’d like, you can choose to extend the due date for your payment at www.mittklarna.se. This way, your returned orders will get back to us in time so that we can cancel the payment. 

What happens if I’m not home and my package gets sent back?

There is a fee of 350 SEK if we receive a package that hasn’t been checked out from the post office. 

My package was sent back due to no pickup, but I’d still like to have it. What do I do?

You will still need to pay the fee of 350 SEK. If you still want the products sent to you, you will need to submit a new order online.

I still haven’t received my package from Daisy Grace. What do I do?

You should contact us at kundtjanst@daisygrace.se if you still haven’t received your order after two weeks from placing it.

I have sent back my order for a return. Do I still have to pay the invoice?

You do not need to pay the invoice if you have returned your products. Please do make sure that the due date for the invoice doesn’t exceed. You can choose to extend the due date for your invoice payment at www.mittklarna.se or at their customer service.

We guarantee that the products you have ordered on our website are damage-free when we deliver them. Please contact our customer service within 14 days if you notice a defect or a wrongly delivered product. It is important that the item is in original condition; unused and unwashed with all tags and labels attached. Please return the product together with the payment confirmation.
